This tube is an industrial version of 12au7. Not very well known among users of 12au7, but this tube is gaining popularity as people discover it and have a chance to try it in many amplifiers. The tube have a very delicate and sweet sound, which is balanced really well across the full spectrum. It will not overpower mid-bass and vocals like RCA 12au7 black plates does in some amps that are already bass heavy. I tried this tube in D-getter and O-getter configurations and both produced practicaly the same sound. Not an earth shattering sound, but on the other hand it far superior to any reissue 12au7 tube and will not require you to take a loan in a bank to buy it.
